Experience in managing multiple projects serving diverse stakeholders.  Operational and Systems projects for start up and established businesses.

Worked extensively with Senior Management in different environments to accomplish corporate strategic goals. Operational projects to increase the versatility of the plant infrastructures, improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency of day to day operations.

Systems projects included management and development of in-house software, software package evaluations, modifications and implementations.  Managed technical staff (business analysts, system architects, developers, programmers and network staff), operational staff (managers, supervisors and line employees) and vendors (network, web designers, hardware, software) accomplishing time sensitive and strategically important projects. 

Interacted successfully with all levels of management from Board Members to clerical staff utilizing their expertise and leveraging their talents. Administrative experience in MS Project plans, budgets’, timelines, communications and coordination.

 Proven ability to solve business, management and operations problems. This problem solving ability resulted in improved profitability, more efficient operational functions and responsive customer service.
